Donita Day
Hi! My name is Donita Day. I am a wife, a mom to two awesome kiddos and work part-time as a stylist. This is my eighth year as a Bonner mom. Our daughter is in 2nd grade and our son is in 7th grade. I have been a member of the PTO and a class mom every year and have loved every moment of being involved in our amazing school. My passions include cooking, planning parties, traveling and cheering on our Golden Knights. I am excited to serve on the PTO board this year and look forward to all of our great Bonner events!
Pam Bakst
Hi, I’m Pam Bakst, and I’m thrilled to be serving on the PTO Board this year. I joined the Bonner community when my family and I moved to Summerlin from Los Angeles in 2019. My journey with the PTO started when my friend Donita recruited me to help with Fundraising in 2022. My youngest daughter, Blake, is in 4th grade here at Bonner, Hayley is a freshman at West Tech High School and my eldest, Sydney, is a grown-up in LA working on her music career.
With my background in business and banking, I’ve picked up some great organizational and communication skills that I hope to put to good use for our school. I strongly believe that volunteering is a powerful way to impact our children’s development. This year I will continue to foster our community connections, improve our fundraising efforts, and create even more opportunities for our students. When I’m not working on PTO activities, you might find me visiting family in WA or AZ, swimming, hiking or golfing when it’s cool enough.
